This is a body weight routine that doesn’t require any additional weights. That is why you can do it at home, without worrying about going to the gym. The workout needs to be done for 30 seconds, 20 seconds and then 10 seconds. This means that you will be doing the workout initially for 30 seconds and then for 20 and finally for 10 seconds. May sound strange, but there is a reason for it. This will prevent your body from getting tired and you will still be able to tone your lower body with ease.
It is a moderately intensive workout and focuses on your legs and booty. But this workout is not meant for weight loss. It improves muscle tone and flexibility while strengthening the target muscles with ease. You will also notice that the workout allows you to enjoy a better balance while toning and firming up your butt. Primarily, it is an all-round workout for your butt and legs and produces effective results.
