  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1 lb grass-fed lamb (sliced or chopped)
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini (cut into cubes)
  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp red paprika powder
  • Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste

How to cook Paleo lamb stir fry?

  1. Place coconut oil on medium-high heat in a wok or a deep frying pan.

  2. Add garlic and simmer for about a minute. Add onion and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally.

  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook until slightly browned. Now, add the lamb and cook until starting to brown.

  4. When the lamb is brown, add red paprika powder, ginger and turmeric powder.

  5. At this point add chopped vegetables, stirring frequently.

  6. Add the bone broth, cup by cup, and keep stirring until it gets thick and creamy.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
